The SMTP Error experienced was diagnosed and remediated early in the morning on October 2nd. CyFlare has validated all Scheduled Reports have been sent out and ensured that all clients have received a Down Sensor notification if required. Thank you for your patience on this matter.

Hello CyFlare Customers,

We identified an error in our SMTP Mail Server Configuration that occurred on Sunday evening around 4 PM EST. We have since resolved this issue. This issue had no impact on you, if you are not within our Main CyFlare Instance.

This was remediated early in the morning on Wednesday, October 2nd.

Impact:
- Down Sensor Monitoring Notifications: You may have received delayed alerts in monitoring around a Security Sensors being down. If you have not heard from us on your Sensors, you are good.
- Scheduled Report Delays: Since September 30th, scheduled reports have not been sending. We have gone through and sent out all that errored out during this time.
