This morning, CyFlare will be migrating all customers to our new and improved version of ONE. This migration may result in temporary loss of visibility to the old platform while getting set up in the new platform. Security telemetry with all source tools and ticketing is not impacted by this migration. In the event of any security incidents the SOC will still notify you per usual.
The migration is expected to last until 12:00 PM EST, if you do not receive an email to the upgraded platform please email customersuccess@cyflare.com for assistance.
