On Thursday, September 24th, 2020, CyFlare began updating our Support Desk Platform.
Cyflare is currently working to update our certificate for the desk portal to ensure our customers can maintain access to CyFlare support desk. The standard access URL: https://desk.cyflare.cloud
will be unavailable for three (3) business days.
In the interim, you will still be able to login to your desk portal via the following URL, to interact with your SOC for tickets and communication.: https://desk.zoho.com/portal/24x7soc/en/home
This should be fully resolved by no later than Wednesday, September 30th, 2020.
We will provide an update upon successful resolution.
